CaroMont Regional Medical Center Laboratory is a hospital-based clinical laboratory dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our community, patients and physicians. CaroMont Regional Medical Center Laboratory participates in the College of American Pathologists (CAP) Laboratory Accreditation Program, has CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) certification through CMS (Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services), and is accredited by the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB). CaroMont Regional Medical Center Laboratory is full-service, offering diagnostic and therapeutic services, pathology services, outreach reference laboratory services and participates in community health fairs.
