Medical Oncology
Treatment may involve the use of medical oncology, and can be conveniently provided by board-certified medical oncologists on an inpatient or outpatient basis. A team of nurses with special certification in oncology provide chemotherapy and other systemic treatments at the CaroMont Cancer Center, the Outpatient Infusion Center and the inpatient Oncology Unit at CaroMont Regional Medical Center.
