Family Initiated Rapid Response
If at any time you notice a sudden worsening of the patient’s condition
that is not being addressed, you may call CaroMont Regional Medical Center’s
Rapid Response team. Specially-trained responders, available 24 hours
a day, will assist the patient’s care team in assessing the situation
and getting additional treatment, as appropriate.
When Do I Make a Rapid Response Call?
First, please address any patient care-related questions with the nurse.
They will share questions with your doctor. If you feel that the condition
