About Me

I have eight years of experience serving adolescent and adult individuals with identified mental health needs. I am trained in several evidence-based practices to address symptoms related to exposure to potentially traumatic events. I am passionate about working as a team with my patients to improve their overall quality of life based on individual treatment goals. I see patients ages 12 and up with a primary focus on individual adults. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
