Sign-On & Retention Programs

CNA Retention Program

CaroMont Health is currently offering sign-on and retention bonuses to applicants hired into CNA positions. The following criteria must be met to receive the bonuses:

  • Applicants must remain in a full or part time position.

    • If the applicant transfers to a PRN/Relief, the applicant may lose their bonus.
  • Previous CaroMont Health employees are eligible if they have not worked for CaroMont Health for one year and left in good standing.

The bonus structure is based on employment status:

  • Full time employees will receive $2,000 total:
    • $500 at sign-on
    • $500 at six months
    • $1,000 at one year
  • Part time employees will receive $1,000 total:
    • $250 at sign-on
    • $250 at six months
    • $500 at one year

Registered Nurse Sign-On Program

CaroMont Health is currently offering sign-on and retention bonuses to RN applicants hired into approved units.*

The following criteria must be met to receive the bonuses:

  • Applicants must remain in a full or part time position.
  • If the applicant transfers to a PRN/Relief position, the applicant may lose their bonus.
  • Previous CaroMont Health employees are eligible if they have not worked for CaroMont Health for one year and left in good standing.

The bonus structure is as follows"

  • $1,000 at sign on
  • $1,000 after six months
  • $1,000 after eighteen months

*New nurse grads hired into Medical/Surgical Academy or the Critical Care Residency Program are not eligible.
