How do I find a list of job openings, and how do I apply?
You can search for open positions by clicking
here. Once you select one or more positions you are interested in, you will
have the ability to apply online or come to the Human Resources Department at
2315 Court Drive, Gastonia, NC 28054 where a computer station is available for applicants to use between 8:30
a.m. and 4:00 p.m. To apply for a position at CaroMont Health, you must
set up an account and complete an online application to be considered.
How will I be contacted if I'm offered a job?
All offers of employment from CaroMont Health will be extended through
the Human Resources department by telephone. CaroMont Health will never
request or provide money nor request payment for any expenses incurred
through the hiring or onboarding process. Final interviews are never completed
via text, chat or Google Hangout. Please call 704.834.2141 or email

What if I don’t have an email address?
An email address is required and can be created with any email provider.
Am I required to fill in the work history section if I attach a resume?
Yes, please include all work history.
Is the information on my application secure?
Yes, we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure
of the information you provide.
How will I know the status of my application?
You will receive an email that confirms receipt of your online application.
If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder. You
may check the up-to-date status of your application by logging back in
to the applicant tracking system and checking your application history.
What if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username, click on the "Forgot Username?"
link on the login page, and the system will send an email with your information.
