Use this free service to send a personalized message to a patient at CaroMont Regional Medical Center. Our volunteers will print the card, place it in an envelope and deliver it to the patient’s room.

 

Once your message is submitted though our secure network, our staff of volunteers will print your card on our custom stationery, then deliver it to the patient’s room. Please use the patient’s formal name (first and last) to ensure delivery.

Messages are delivered during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Messages received after 1:00 p.m. may not be delivered until the next business day. Currently, delivery is not available on holidays and weekends.

We are only able to deliver messages to patients listed in the hospital directory (inpatients). We are unable to deliver messages to patients coming to the hospital for same-day surgery, outpatient procedures, clinic visits or emergency department patients.  If the addressee is no longer a patient of the hospital, the message will be discarded without delivery.

Your message to a CaroMont Regional Medical Center patient is not confidential. CaroMont employees will review your greeting to ensure appropriateness of content.

CaroMont Regional Medical Center reserves the right to refuse delivery of any greeting if it is deemed inappropriate. In no event shall CRMC be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, fees, fines, penalties or liabilities arising out of or relating in any way to the content contained in your patient greeting.
