To schedule Imaging Procedures by phone, call 704-671-5300. To schedule by fax, please send to 704-671-5459. To schedule online, please contact the Scheduling Supervisor at 704-671-5434 to set up first-time access to our online scheduling system. Future online orders will simply require log-in, and will eliminate the need for a call each time.
