Adult Primary and Palliative Medicine is an innovative practice providing comprehensive primary healthcare to adults as well as palliative care to those in the community with a serious illness.
As a Primary Care Provider, our experienced and caring staff will treat your chronic illness such as diabetes and hypertension, acute illnesses and minor injuries. We also offer routine wellness exams, employment physicals, DOT and DMV physicals.

As a Palliative Medicine Practice, we are available in Gaston Memorial Hospital and in the clinic to provide comprehensive care focused on improving the quality of life of people living with advanced, life-limiting, or life-threatening illnesses. We focus on symptom management, setting healthcare goals, social or community support, and other complicated issues.
