Formerly the Gaston Memorial Hospital Foundation, contributes funds for projects that will serve to benefit the Gaston County area and are consistent with the vision and mission of CaroMont Health. The primary recipient of funds from the Foundation is CaroMont Health and its affiliated companies. In August 2011, the name was changed to CaroMont Health Foundation.

The Foundation also manages several scholarship funds designed to provide meaningful support to Gaston County citizen’s who are interested in careers in healthcare.
