MyChart is a secure, online patient portal that helps you quickly access your health information, request appointments, view lab results, message your doctors and much more – anytime, anywhere. If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account. You can even manage your child’s health information or request proxy access for other family members (such as elderly parents) with permission. MyChart is completely free and easy to use.
