For identification purposes and to make your payment, please have your most recent statement and bank account or credit card information available. Payment in full is expected unless prior arrangements have been made.

Assistance is available Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at our billing office for any questions or concerns you have about your patient bill after services have been rendered. Customer Service representatives may be reached at 704.834.2931 and can also be found at the hospital at the Admissions and Registration desk on the B level of the Rotunda located off of the parking deck.

Patients with statements containing green, black and white ink, please click on payment portal #1 to make your payment. Patients with statements containing only black and white ink, please click on payment portal #2 to make your payment. Please allow 48 hours for payment processing.
