Jump Start Your Weight Loss Goals with CaroMont Health

You may be looking for a fast way to lose weight and there is no shortage of ‘fad diets’ around. While these ‘diets’ may provide short-term results, they are difficult to sustain and ultimately, will leave you deprived of essential nutrients your body needs and that only a balanced eating plan coupled with physical activity can provide.

CaroMont Health is now offering Jump Start, an eight-week weight management program through CaroMont Health and Fitness Center that combines weekly lifestyle practices, as well as group exercise techniques and discussion to help individuals achieve realistic weight loss goals.

Led by a CaroMont dietitian, Jump Start meets two times each week on Tuesday and Thursdays starting at 5:30 p.m. at the CaroMont Health and Fitness Center located at 660 Summit Crossing Place, Suite 302. To ensure optimal results, particpants should commit to attend all classes and weigh-ins each week and complete program assignments.
